I love how you presented the information on the Rotary Club of Lakeway/Lake Travis. I hope you will run it every month. Periodically, I will send you articles of special meetings, e.g., on May 13th we are hosting the Special Olympics Awards luncheon at the Lakeway Resort & Spa. It’s a truly inspiring event when these wonderful kids get their medals. I will be taking photos and will send you several along with a write-up. Unfortunately, it won’t be before the deadline for June, so perhaps you will run it in July. Thanks . . . I love this magazine!
Nancy L. Keetch, Secretary | Rotary Club of Lakeway/Lake Travis, TX -
Peel, Inc. newsletters put our ads for the New Home & Remodeling Show directly into the hands of the public we look to attract to the event, and brought us new exhibitors, too! I’ve already added an expanded Peel campaign to our 2010 budget. 17th Annual New Home & Remodeling Show

I would like to express my professional appreciation for the services you offer to our neighborhood association. Thanks to your company, we are able to offer a high-quality monthly publication to the residents of the neighborhood. As you may remember, prior to Peel, Inc. publishing our newsletter, HPWBANA could only afford to send quarterly newsletters. Our membership has increased substantially due to the frequency of newsletters reaching our potential members. Since we partnered with Peel in 2005, you have never once let us down; and when we had difficulties with the post office, you went out of your way to investigate and help solve the problem. I hope that this mutually beneficial relationship continues long into the future.
Carolyn Robinson, President, HPWBANA -
Dear Kelly,
Just a brief note to express my appreciation for all the support I received to publicize Lakeway’s Annual July 4th Celebration. On behalf of the Lakeway Parks and Recreation Center, we so appreciate your community support and look forward to working with you again next year.
Shelly Ansbach, July 4th Lakeway publicist -
Thank YOU so much! Your publication [Lakeway Voice] is really taking off as a place to find news so I am delighted you can use it!
Nancy Clayton, Lakeway Resident -
When we began the process of starting our new business, my business partners and I drew out an advertising plan that we felt confident would produce steady revenue and growth. However, we learned quickly that we couldn’t afford to limit ourselves to phone directories and internet marketing. After spending countless hours and more money than I care to admit we met Kelly Peel with Peel Inc. communities newsletters. Kelly wasted no time in helping us determine the best market for our ad and custom tailoring an ad that would make our phone ring. Peel Inc. got us into the homes of 4000 residence in our target audience for just a few cents per home. We have yet to find a more affordable and explosive form of advertisement. Peel Inc. has an obvious commitment to excellence and this is most evident in their diligent follow through creative design work, and high-quality newsletters.
Wade Lombard, Owner, Square Cow Moovers -
We just got our copy of the Meyerlander Monthly with our flyer insert. It looks amazing. Yall did a wonderful job. I love the paper yall used as it really makes it look classy.
Thanks!
Claire Bland, Austin Landscaping -
I appreciate how flexible you have been. As a small neighborhood, it is often hard to get people to write for the newsletter and get it to me on time. Even when I have late submissions, you have been willing to accept them and get them in to the next edition. Plus your layouts and art work are so creative. They give the text a special visual impact.
Pamela Kurburski, Sendera Newsletter Editor -
Dear Peel, Inc.,
Just a quick note to tell you how much i appreciate and rely on the services of Peel, Inc. Prior to working with your company, our neighborhood struggled to get out a couple newsletters a year. Between lack of funds to mail, lack of time by volunteers to distribute and lack of interesting content we had nearly given up. Now, thanks to Peel, Inc., it is so easy and consistent! It takes me less than 30 minutes a month and all my neighbors receive a beautiful, professional, content-rich newsletter. It has greatly improved the image of our Board of Directors as good communicators and given members a convenient way to share and receive the latest goings on in Brook Meadows.
Shelley Haaker, Vice President, Brook Meadow Homeowners Association -
Dear Peel,

I can’t tell you how much I and Cardiff Ranch appreciates this. You are the best Newsletter company.

I own a handyman company and live in Circle C. So naturally, I advertise in the Circle C newsletter. My money spent on the Circle C ad is certainly money well spent. I have received many good leads compared to other forms of advertising. And Kelly is very good to work with. Responses from Kelly are always prompt. I am impressed that Peel Inc. publishes their monthly newsletters on time, every month! You’d think this is what you should expect; but not very many publishing company can do this.

Dear Peel, Inc.,
I just wanted to take a minute to let you know the success we’ve had in advertising in the Steiner Ranch Newsletter. As you know, we have used newsletter advertising as the core of our advertising budget, supplementing a couple of times a year with door hangers, direct mail, and email advertising. As a fitness center, January is typically our biggest month for new customers and we made a decision to try and move some of those sales into December with full-page ads in December and an insert in January. Wow! We sold 9 times more memberships in December of 2008 and last year! And we’ve already sold as many memberships in the first week of January as we did the entire month last year!
We are now on target to meet our membership goals for the year and we’re looking forward to continuing our relationship with Peel, Inc. as we expand our products and services to include Sports Camps for Student-Athletes and Online Fitness and Nutrition. As a small, neighborhood business, we need to spend our advertising dollars very carefully and need to have a measurable ROI on every dollar we spend. Over the last 2 years, you have helped us meet our goals and expand our business. Thanks for your help and your support!
Alica Harrison, Owner, Wild Basin Fitness at Steiner Ranch -
I consider Peel, Inc. a partner, who has proven to be creative, reliable and consistent in creating a useful and informative newsletter for our community. Kelly is committed to providing excellent service and is a pleasure to work with.
Meredith Hamrick, Communications Manager | Steiner Ranch Home Owners Association -
Peel, Inc. has been instrumental in streamlining our newsletter production and delivery process. Prior to using Peel, Inc., our newsletter production was costly and quite a large chore. Thanks to Peel, Inc. our community over 4700 homes now receives a timely and informative newsletter each month. I would encourage any community to partner with Peel, Inc. for professional and dedicated service.
Denise Nordstrom, HOA Manager, Circle C Homeowners Association -
I have been in the insurance business for eleven years in Lakeway, Texas. During that time I have tried virtually everything to market my agency. Over the years, I have tried telephone books, flyers, and even television ads with minimal success. When I discovered Peel, Inc. Newsletters a few years ago, I decided to give them a shot and try something new. To my amazement, from the very first issue, the Peel, Inc. Newsletters have proven to generate consistent new business for my Agency. I would highly recommend Peel, Inc. Newsletters to anyone interested in growing their business.
Victor Thompson, Owner, Thompson Insurance Agency, Inc. -
Kelly,
It has been a pleasure to do business with your company. I started my first ad in your newsletter in the early 90’s in an effort to get my name out where area homeowners would see it and your community newsletters do just that. I believe it has been one of the big factors in our success and the growth of my business. It is affordable and effective advertising.
Dawn Fore, Broker/Owner RE/MAX Lakeland -
As you know, my first advertisement with your firm went out on or around May 5th. By May 8th I had made over $6,000 in sales due to traffic from your newsletters. I appreciate the results as well as the assistance your office gave me with the design of my advertisement.
Justin Hyatt, Hyatt Insurance -
Peel, Inc.,
I’ve had such good responses to my ad that I have more demand than I can take on. It’s a good thing! I’m booked thru December. The best part is my work is all right here in Forest Creek where I live. The people have been wonderful to work with. I just started this as an occasional, after work service. I am going to evaluate if it behooves me to go full time with it or half and half with my regular job.
Curtis Roberts, Handyman -
Always love working with you, Kelly. Top notch, quality work every time!
Thanks again!

Stephanie,
I want to thank you for the work you have done on the Picasso Pools ads. I’ve looked at a lot of ad proposals, and what you put together for me stands out as some of the top ads I’ve seen. You are very good at what you do.
Thanks and best regards,
Randy Jenkins, Picasso Pools -
Peel does a GREAT job designing and laying out the newsletter. I just email the text/pictures and PEEL does all the work! Our newsletter looks attractive and professional.
Jason McCoy, Civics Director | Woodedge Village HOA -
The December cover looks great, the neighbors are already telling me. Thanks!
Kelly Wilson, Bridgeland Resident -
Thank you so much for including Beto and the Fairlanes in your December publication. The artwork was superb.
Wanda Rosello, Community Outreach Chairperson | Spicewood Arts Society -
A HUGE thank you from me and the Power For Parkinson’s team for the article you included in Lakeway’s February newsletter. It looked great and we hope it brings more Lakeway participants to the classes! Thank you for including us!
PEEL is always on my mind when suggesting advertising to my clients. I truly believe in the readership numbers of your newsletters. I loved my Steiner newsletter for the 8 years we lived there and now look forward to my NWACA news (in NW Hills).
Lauren Halpern -
Kelly,
Thank you so much for the wonderful piece you put in the Steiner Ranch newsletter for our coat drive. I think your ad helped because we collected more than 130 Coats for Kids and had about 150 people out for cupcakes at our event last week. I thought you might like to see our pictures here.
Happy Thanksgiving
Cindy Jordan, Cupcakes for Coats 2009 -

I can’t thank you enough for helping us tweak our ad so it is more artistic and appealing to our customers. Your publications are the mainstay of our marketing efforts. Keep up the good work!
Jeanne and Don Machrowicz, Broker-Owners, RE/MAX Preferred Homes -
Thank you so much for guiding me through the ad process! This was the first time that I’ve advertised my tutoring in a publication and you made it so easy! Your team did a great job of creating the ad – it looks very professional and it was extremely effective! I only ran my ad twice and the students who found me through your publication have already more than compensated me for the cost of the ad.
Thank you!
Laura Ringwood, Math Tutoring -
Dear Mr. Peel,
Thank you for another GREAT YEAR of publishing our Willowlake newsletter! As editor, you have been very helpful to me when I have a question and I appreciate your quick responses. I really like the cute things you put around the borders of some articles. From the response of our residents, they are very happy with the newsletters also.I look forward to working with you in 2011.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
Linda O’Pry, Willowlake Editor -
Hi Kelly,
I want to thank you for continuing to support YOuth2Seniors by publishing our ad. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate it! Our programs are growing and participation is amazing – a huge increase since last year! We now hold 3 events each month in Lakeway alone 🙂
I always feel like I am battling funding, volunteers, participation, etc – and your support as really help relieved the pressure from the youth volunteer side as we are getting great exposure in the community!
Thanks again!
Adelle -
Prior to finding Peel Inc., we had quarterly (at best) newsletters that we put out ourselves, and much of the information was old by the time anyone received it. We’ve had so many residents tell us that they love and look forward to our “monthly” publications now. They not only feel more informed – they get more involved in the neighborhood. The newsletter has given us an opportunity as an HOA to ask for help on projects and to recognize those that do volunteer.
Putting out our own newsletter had become so labor intensive and costly. Now Peel finds the advertisers, sends out the publication at no cost to the neighborhood, and all we have to do is submit articles and photos once a month. We’re provided a proof and are often amazed at how professional the finished product looks! We have been working with Peel, Inc. for 2 years, and would highly recommend their services.
Teresa Gouldie, Jester HOA Board Member Newsletter Co-Editor -

I’d like to share my success with you on advertising in “The Caddie” in your Forrest Creek Newsletter in Round Rock. I have received significant volume from running my individual tax preparation ads and I’m only just beginning heavy tax season!!! In January alone I had 7 calls and I can’t wait to see the turnout for February!
I look forward to placing more ads with you in the future to promote my other services. I am convinced that partnering with Peel, Inc. will add to my success and growth of my business, all at an affordable price.
Thank you for your exceptional quality and local advertising!!
Rachal Littlepage, Owner, Balanced Accounting Solutions -
We’ve counted on Peel, Inc. to produce and distribute not only our monthly NWACA newsletters, but other occasional mailings as well. It’s been a pleasure working with the staff to get things set up just right, and we’ve always been pleased with the final results.
